Ultimate Pool Leagues UK have announced Richard Clarke and Evolve Eight Ball as the new league operator for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, with the exclusive licence to run Ultimate Pool Leagues across the region.

The announcement, made as part of Ultimate Pool League Season 2, brings the professional English eightball format to venues across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight under the Evolve Eight Ball banner, and includes the launch of the first-ever UPL Blackball League.
