1. What We Collect

  1. When you reserve a product or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details and your message or order details.
  2. We use it only to handle your order or enquiry. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and we keep it no longer than the order or enquiry needs.

2. Order Forms & Payments

  1. Our order form runs on Google Forms, so Google processes the form data on our behalf.
  2. Where card payment links are offered, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Embedded Content

  1. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.
  2. Some pages embed content from other services: YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode), Facebook videos and page links, and Google Fonts. When you view or interact with that content, those companies may process your data under their own privacy policies.

4. Your Rights

  1. Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page.
  2. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
