Ultimate Pool Leagues UK have named Richard Clarke and Evolve Eight Ball as the exclusive licensed operator for the region, launching the first-ever UPL Blackball League.

We hold the exclusive operator licence for Ultimate Pool Leagues in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, running league pool under the Ultimate Pool name, official rules and app. It is a route from the local table to the professional stage, delivered by the Evolve team.
